I konkurrenceforslaget tager vi udgangspunkt i at forst\u00e6rke stedets funktion som h\u00e6ngsel mellem by og havn. Terr\u00e6nets markante fald mod havnearealerne er b\u00e5de grundens udfordring og potentiale.
